- The USCJ Medinat HaGan awards dinner, at which Marlene Herman was presented with the Keter Shem Tov award.

March of the Living
Rabbi Malomet is currently in Poland as one of the leaders of the March of the Living, a two week trip to Poland and Israel for Jewish teenagers.

This week's Livnot pictures show work being done to replace the windows in the upstairs classrooms. The new, more energy-efficient windows will save energy and money. Plus, they make the building look 50 years more modern!
We also have a picture of some of our volunteers who got together last week to make sandwiches for Elijah's Promise. Yashe Kochachem to our volunteers and to our social action committee for coordinating the efforts!

Livnot Construction - March 27. 2009
This weeks pictures include the start of window replacement in the upstairs classrooms, work being done for drainage underneath the future parking lot, and some framing of the front entrance.

USCJ Medinat HaGan Dinner, April 29
It's not too late to sign up for the USCJ Medinat HaGan dinner, which will be held on Wednesday, April 29. One of the honorees is our own Marlene Herman.
The deadline for ads in the ad journal has also been extended until Tuesday, March 31.

Livnot Construction - March 20, 2009
This week's pictures show the completion of the retaining wall at the rear of the property, and the placement of some air conditioning units on the roof.
One thing that is surprising is the sheer number of units that we will have on the roof - there will be something like 4 or 5 separate systems!
And check out the size of the crane doing the heavy lifting!
