Rabbi Hershel Matt 20th Yahrzeit Commemoration

On December 23, the Temple held a program to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the yahrzeit of Rabbi Hershel Matt.

Rabbi Matt was a valued member of our community and of the Conservative movement as a whole.

Speakers at the event were Rabbi Arnold Eisen, chancellor of the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, and Rabbi Matt's son, Kabbalah scholar Daniel Matt.
