Grants Available to First Time Campers

This summer, try Jewish camping with a campership from the Jewish Federation! The transformative moments of summer send a child tumbling off the bus a changed person – one who hasn’t just learned about Judaism, but has sung it, held it, painted it, tasted it, breathed it and lived it.

The Dave and Ceil Pavlovsky Endowment Fund for Jewish Education of the Jewish Federation of Greater Middlesex County, in partnership with the Foundation for Jewish Camping, is thrilled to announce that 50 grants of $1,000 each are available to first-time overnight campers residing in Middlesex County.

The goal is to make it possible for new campers to take advantage of the diverse, growth-enhancing, fun and friendship-building Jewish camping opportunities!

Funding is available to any Jewish child who is ready for an overnight camping experience, and who lacks a concentrated exposure to both Jewish education and Jewish overnight camp. This is not a financial needs-based grant.
